Our Helpdesk is open five days a week, Monday to Friday, between
 9am and 5pm and is there to help you with any issues that may arise, whether they are for workstations servers or any other part of the network.
When you take up a maintenance contract with Roswell, you will receive Free and Unlimited Telephone Support for all supported systems. Of course, we can’t do everything remotely, but 95% of issues are handled in this way, resolving issues quickly and avoiding unnecessary physical site visits.

In the event we can not fix an issue remotely an engineer will be assigned to visit you within an alotted timescale, based on non-critical and critical systems.
Managed support customers are entitled to unlimited on-site engineer visits as required with no extra costs or hidden charges. Engineers will stay on site as long as it takes to fix issues with no need for you to worry about cost, it is all inclusive of the support package.

Had a mission critical failure? We’ll be with you in 2 hours!

Within 2 hours of identifying a Server or System-Critical issue or from receiving your call, it will have been escalated to our senior engineers who will deal with the problem immediately or if required, will dispatch an engineer to your site.

 

Managed support customers are entitled to unlimited remote and on-site support as required with no extra costs or hidden charges. Engineers will stay on site as long as it take to fix issues with no need for you to worry about cost, it is all inclusive of the support package.

Computer out the game? We’ll be onsite in 4 hours!

Within 4 hours of identifying a workstation, printer or non-system critical issue or from receiving your call, it will have been escalated to our engineers who will deal with the problem remotely or if required, will be despatched to your site.
